Not a public file-hosting platform, public search engine, content marketplace, piracy index, or pay-per-download platform.
EduQuill does not provide anonymous uploads, public search, or public directories. Upload, storage, sharing, and delivery features are tied to account workspaces and are governed by login, permission, link, and abuse-control limits.
Users may only store, manage, and deliver files they own, created, or are authorized to use and distribute. EduQuill does not grant users copyright in third-party content.
Upload, store, organize, and share business files you have the right to use (for example course materials, client assets, team files, and digital products you create).
EduQuill may not be used to upload, store, share, sell, or deliver:
We may remove files, revoke share links, restrict delivery, suspend accounts, or contact payment providers when a workspace violates this policy, our Terms, or applicable law.
If we receive a valid copyright complaint or takedown notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the identified stored file or share link, and may restrict related accounts when needed.
Send copyright complaints to [email protected]. Include:
If material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice. Accounts connected to repeated valid complaints may be suspended or terminated.
EduQuill provides digital SaaS access and does not ship physical goods. After successful payment, paid workspace access usually begins as soon as our servers verify the payment notification. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions are extended automatically when the payment provider confirms a renewal charge. Provider delays or risk review may occasionally delay activation.
Access plans, files, private links, and orders from your account workspace after login.
Unusual traffic, repeated complaints, public distribution patterns, access-control evasion, suspicious payments, or other abuse signals may trigger human review. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate violating workspaces under our Terms.
