1. Service Scope
EduQuill provides a private cloud workspace for storing, managing, sharing, and accessing files through paid account plans. Users upload and manage their own files. We do not sell ownership rights, licenses, or permissions in user files or third-party works.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for files uploaded, stored, or shared through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for files that you own, created, or are authorized to store and share. You must not use EduQuill to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, host abusive or illegal content, run public piracy indexes, operate anonymous file-hosting workflows, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape private areas, or violate applicable law. 4. Plans, Quotas, and Payments
Plans may include storage limits, daily transfer limits, file size limits, cooldowns, anti-abuse checks, and other fair-use controls. Payments are processed by supported third-party payment providers. Paid status is granted only after our server receives and verifies a successful payment notification.
5. Refunds and Failed Payments
Fees are generally non-refundable once paid storage or transfer access has been activated, unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case. We may decline or cancel access if a payment is reversed, disputed, rejected, or flagged as fraudulent. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but storage access, transfer speeds, and share links may vary because of maintenance, network conditions, storage provider issues, payment provider issues, abuse controls, or legal requests. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when necessary.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, files, share links, transfer access, or memberships that violate these terms, create operational risk, trigger repeated copyright complaints, or harm the platform.
