1. Service Scope
EduQuill Transfer provides account-based access to premium cloud transfer capacity, faster download sessions, account controls, and related convenience features. Files available through the service are configured by EduQuill Transfer or reviewed partner submissions. We do not provide public self-service uploads, personal cloud storage, or open file hosting. We do not sell ownership rights, licenses, or permissions in third-party files or works.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share, resell, automate, or abuse VIP access in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for materials that you are permitted to access. You must not use EduQuill Transfer to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape private areas, or violate applicable law.
4. Plans, Quotas, and Payments
VIP plans may include daily transfer limits, cooldowns, anti-abuse checks, and other fair-use controls. Payments are processed by supported third-party payment providers. VIP status is granted only after our server receives and verifies a successful payment notification.
5. Refunds and Failed Payments
Fees are generally non-refundable once premium access has been activated, unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case. We may decline or cancel access if a payment is reversed, disputed, rejected, or flagged as fraudulent. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but transfer speeds and availability may vary because of maintenance, network conditions, storage provider issues, payment provider issues, abuse controls, or legal requests. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when necessary.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, tickets, resource access, or memberships that violate these terms, create operational risk, trigger repeated copyright complaints, or harm the platform.
