Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, failed payments, and disputed payments are handled for EduQuill private storage and controlled delivery plans.

Last updated: 2026-05-01

1. Digital Service Delivery

EduQuill provides digital SaaS access to private storage capacity, share links, member access allowances, account controls, and related service features. Paid access may begin immediately after our server verifies a successful payment notification.

2. Refund Eligibility

Fees are generally non-refundable once paid storage access has been activated, files have been uploaded under the paid allowance, or paid transfer capacity has been used, unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case. We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or cases where paid access was not delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are usually not available for account misuse, violation of our terms, unsupported payment methods, expired plans, used storage or transfer quota, change of mind after activation, or inability to access user-uploaded files for reasons outside our service controls.

4. Cancellations and Renewals

Personal plans may be sold as fixed access windows or lifetime access, depending on the selected plan. Renewal and cancellation controls are shown before checkout or inside the active account when they apply. Access may remain active until the end of the paid period unless the account violates our terms or creates operational, security, or legal risk.

5. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans provide ongoing paid storage and controlled delivery access for the lifetime of your account and the EduQuill service after a one-time payment. There are no monthly or yearly renewal charges for that plan. Access remains subject to storage limits, daily delivery limits, fair-use controls, account security, anti-abuse review, acceptable-use rules, and these terms so we can keep the service stable for long-term members.

6. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, is refunded, or becomes the subject of a chargeback or dispute, we may suspend or remove paid storage and transfer access connected to that payment. We may also pause related accounts while reviewing fraud, billing risk, or abuse signals.

7. How to Request Help

For refund, cancellation, or billing questions, contact supporteduquill.com. Include your account email, order ID if available, payment provider, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue so we can locate the payment and review it.
