EduQuill is a public file storage and sharing platform. This page sets out the platform rules: what the service is, acceptable use, copyright complaints, digital delivery and enforcement.

Only upload what you may share
Piracy, unauthorized copyrighted material, cracks, malware, and anonymous distribution abuse are not allowed.
Complaints and digital activation
Valid copyright notices are handled promptly. Memberships are a digital service and usually activate right after payment is confirmed.
1 · Positioning
Service Positioning
A file storage and sharing platform: account storage, share links, free rate-limited downloads, and for members full-speed downloads, resumable transfers and saving to cloud drives.
We do not sell copyright or licences in files, offer anonymous uploads, provide public search or file directories, or allow pirated or infringing content.
2 · Access
Access and Upload Controls
Uploading requires a signed-in account; there are no anonymous uploads. Files are reached through share links — the platform offers no public search or file directory. Downloads are protected by daily allowances, signed links and abuse controls.
3 · Rights
Authorized Files Only
Uploaders may only upload and share files they own, created or are authorized to distribute, and are responsible for what they share. EduQuill grants no one copyright in third-party content within files.
4 · Rules
Acceptable Use
Upload, store, organize and share files you have the right to share (for example course materials, your own work and digital products, and team files).
EduQuill may not be used to upload, store, share, sell, or deliver:
- Pirated movies, music, software, games, ebooks, courses, or paid content
- Copyrighted materials without permission from the rights holder
- Cracked software, license keys, activation tools, or bypass tools
- Malware, phishing files, credential dumps, or abusive content
- Public piracy indexes, anonymous file-hosting workflows, or pay-per-download incentive schemes
We may remove files, revoke share links, restrict downloads, suspend accounts or contact payment providers when an account violates this policy, our Terms or applicable law.
5 · Copyright
Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If we receive a valid copyright complaint or takedown notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the identified stored file or share link, and may restrict related accounts when needed.
Send copyright complaints to [email protected]. Include:
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The EduQuill URL, share link, filename, or account details reasonably sufficient to locate the material
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner
If material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice. Accounts connected to repeated valid complaints may be suspended or terminated.
6 · Delivery
Digital Delivery and Activation
EduQuill is a digital service and ships no physical goods. After a successful payment, membership usually starts as soon as our servers verify the payment notification. Monthly and yearly subscriptions extend automatically when the payment provider confirms a renewal. Provider delays or risk review may occasionally delay activation.

7 · Enforcement
Human Review and Enforcement
Unusual traffic, repeated complaints, access-control evasion, suspicious payments or other abuse signals may trigger human review. We may suspend, restrict or terminate violating accounts and files under our Terms.
