1. Service Positioning

EduQuill is not a public file-hosting platform, public file search engine, content marketplace, piracy index, or pay-per-download platform. Customers pay for SaaS storage capacity, access controls, private share links, and account-based workspace features.

2. Access and Upload Controls

EduQuill does not provide anonymous uploads, public search, or public directories. Upload, storage, sharing, and delivery features are tied to account workspaces and are governed by login, permission, link, and abuse-control limits.

3. Authorized Files Only

Users may only store, manage, and deliver files they own, created, or are authorized to use and distribute. EduQuill does not grant users copyright in third-party content and does not allow users to sell pirated content, cracked software, malware, or unauthorized third-party works.

4. Copyright Complaints and Takedowns

We review copyright, abuse, and compliance complaints and may disable files, revoke share links, restrict accounts, or remove related content. Formal copyright complaints can be submitted through our DMCA process.
