Our Response to Complaints

If we receive a valid copyright complaint or takedown notice, we will promptly remove the identified file or disable access to it while we review the request. We may also suspend related accounts, tickets, or transfer access when required to protect the service and rights holders.

How to Send a Notice

Send copyright complaints to [email protected]. To help us locate and act on the issue, include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The EduQuill Transfer URL, resource slug, filename, or other details reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material.
  • Your name, organization if applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may contact us with a counter notice. Include enough information for us to identify the affected material, your contact details, and a clear statement explaining why the removal was mistaken or unauthorized.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts or transfer access connected to repeated valid complaints may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to block access to files, resource pages, or tickets that create legal, operational, or security risk for the service.
