This includes course files, client assets, resource libraries, digital products, internal team files, and connected WordPress delivery workflows when you have the required rights.

Prohibited Content and Workflows

EduQuill may not be used to upload, store, share, sell, or deliver:

  • Pirated movies, music, software, games, ebooks, courses, or paid content.
  • Copyrighted materials without permission from the rights holder.
  • Cracked software, license keys, activation tools, or bypass tools.
  • Malware, phishing files, credential dumps, or abusive content.
  • Public piracy indexes, search directories, or anonymous file-hosting workflows.

Copyright and Rights Review

EduQuill does not grant users rights to distribute third-party works. Account owners are responsible for ensuring they have the rights needed to store and deliver uploaded files. We may disable files, links, connected sites, or accounts when a complaint, abuse signal, or operational review indicates risk.

Enforcement

We may remove files, revoke share links, restrict delivery, suspend accounts, cancel memberships, or contact payment providers when a workspace violates this policy, our Terms, the DMCA process, or applicable law.
