This policy explains how EduQuill digital SaaS workspace plans are activated, accessed, canceled, and supported.

1. Digital Service, No Physical Shipping

EduQuill provides digital SaaS access for private workspaces, storage capacity, access controls, private share links, and controlled file delivery. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no physical delivery, receipt, or return-shipping process.

2. Activation After Payment

After successful payment, paid workspace access usually begins immediately after our server verifies the successful payment notification. Payment-provider delays, risk review, or technical issues may occasionally delay activation.

3. How to Access the Service

Users can access the service through the login page and manage plans, files, private links, and order records from the account workspace.

4. Activation or Order Problems

If access is not activated after payment, contact support with your account email, order ID, purchase time, and a short issue description. We will review payment notifications and account status.

5. Cancellation and Expiration

When cancellation is available for a plan, service usually remains active until the end of the current paid period unless the account violates our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or creates security, legal, or payment risk.

6. Meaning of Lifetime Access

Lifetime access means paid workspace access for the lifetime of the account and the EduQuill service. It does not mean unlimited storage, unlimited delivery, unconditional perpetual service, purchase of copyright in any third-party files, or exemption from fair-use and anti-abuse rules.

7. Refund-Related Terms

Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, and disputed payments are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
